This is working now - in wily though ;)
Hi Team Ubuntu,
I am still getting the same problem in my system, running 15.04 - Vivid Vervet. When I run the command for the log file, it is not generating, but showing alternate options for this command. I am also posting a pic of the message. I have tried installing it once again, but still the same issue persists as told above.
Regards

I have this issue on 16.04. I noticed during unity8-lxc-setup this error message was shown:
dpkg: error processing package ubuntu-desktop-next

Hi Daniel,
Thanks for reporting this bug.
I *think* this is the same as bug #1420468.
To confirm this, could you please do the following?
1. Run 'sudo lxc-start -n unity8-lxc --o fail.log --l DEBUG' c:cgm_bind_ dir:1338 - /usr/lib/ x86_64- linux-gnu/ lxc/sys/ fs/cgroup does not exist lxc_mount_ auto_mounts: 840 - No such file or directory - error mounting /sys/fs/cgroup
2. Either attach fail.log to this bug or look in it and see if you find the following lines:
lxc_cgmanager - cgmanager.
lxc_conf - conf.c:
Thanks!
