Music export from browser to music app does not work

Bug Description
I just downloaded an mp3 file from the webbrowser-app, then I clicked on the file from the downloads tab, it prompted me to choose an app where to open the file (listing just the Music app), I choose the Music app, but nothing happend. The music app was still closed.
