Bug Description

Tried the current iso from 11.02.2015 and had the same issue like some Monts ago:

The Desktop video output is offset downwards, like 1/3 of the screen high. So the Panel is at ~ 2/3 height of the Screen. But the mousecursor is not offset. So if you click on what you see, in reality you click on something that is somewhat further down. So the desktop is not usable at all.

I use a Lenovo thinkpad x230i with Intel Core i3-3110M with HD4000. At the moment its inside the dockingstation.

I recall Brandon reported the same kind of issue recently... but in Unity7?
