Bug Description
Regression in Ubuntu 12.04:
On random occasions I find that the selection box around panel items (menu titles or indicator icons) is drawn incorrectly, with white borders. Screenshot attached.

Still happening. Initially I thought it was something I might have caused in my hacking, but here's a video showing the bug still occurring with standard precise packages.
