Compiz Desktop Wall plugin, super + arrow key mapped to 'move to next workspace', preview remains and super key seen as depressed by some applications.

Bug Description
I normally map the Super(windows) + arrow keys to move between workspaces, instead of the default Ctrl + Alt + arrow keys.
I disabled the overlay shortcut that appears when super key is pressed for a while.
When I then switch workspaces using Super and arrow keys, the switching occurs and moves to next window, but the viewport switcher previews remain in the middle of the screen. Looks like the key-release event also does not get registered, as when this happens, remmina and Oracle VirtualBox thinks the Super Key is still pressed.
Pressing Esc gets rid of the viewport switcher previews, but applications still thinks Super key is pressed.

I'm experiencing this bug as well. I have "Move right" bound to Super+Tab. Only pressing one of the following keys will remove the preview after switching workspaces:

Enter
Caps Lock
Num Lock
Shift
Ctrl
Alt
