Bug Description
The Keyboard Shortcuts overly says:
Ctrl + Super + Down Restores/minimises the current window
On my machine:
Ctrl + Super + Down restores the window okay, but never succeeds in minimising it.

The latest version of Unity says in the shortcut overlay:
Alt + F10 Opens the indicator menu
which is correct.
However I can confirm that Ctrl+Super+Down does not minimize anything.
