Please try these two workarounds, separately, in CCSM:
1. Enable both: Workarounds > "Force full screen redraws (buffer swap) on repaint" OpenGL > "Sync To VBlank" (it should be enabled already)
or
2. Disable both: Workarounds > "Force full screen redraws (buffer swap) on repaint" OpenGL > "Sync To VBlank"
