key navigation of quicklists is not logical

press alt+f1 to get focus on the launcher
go down to the nautilus icon.
go right to bring out the quicklist and select the first item
go down to try to select the second item in the quicklist and the whole quicklist goes away and focus moves to the next item in the launcher.

press alt+f1 to get focus on the launcher

go right to bring out the quicklist and select the first item
go right again
go down to try to select the second item in the quicklist and it is selected

having to go right twice to get focus really into the quicklists is odd
