Unity window buttons switch order when either restoring or maxmizing a window

Bug Description
In Ubuntu 11.10, whenever I restore a full screen window to a window not embedded in the Unity titlebar , the order of the "close," "minimize," and "restore" buttons are reversed. This is not a huge issue but could confuse new users on where the different window controls should be.
