Bug Description
Hello,
I am using Ubuntu Precise and I noticed what is in my opinion a regression of the usability of Unity Launcher.
I didn't want to waste screen real estate by keeping the launcher always in place, so I set the autohide mode on; to my big surprise I saw that in this mode the launcher is -always- hidden except when triggered by mouse.
I can't see the point in hiding the launcher even when there are no applications running (or running not in fullscreen mode). This makes me slower to launch applications when I start working, since i have to trigger the launcher. I think the autohide option in the menu should be traded with intellihide, which worked great on my 11.10.
Thank you - and congrats for your great job!
Alessandro
