Bug Description

If you press Alt while the dash is open, the dash disappears and the HUD appears, complete with the flashing vertical line suggesting you can type there and a request to "Type your command". However, writing does not appear in the HUD if the dash was opened when Alt was pressed, even if you click on it to try to make that text field active. The text will appear in an active text field if one is available elsewhere instead.

To replicate:
1) Press the Super Key.
2) Press the Alt Key.
3) Type (sometimes you might need to click on the text entry field first).

The expected behaviour when using the HUD when the dash is open is for the HUD to search things within the dash such as switching lenses and filters.

And at any time, the expected behaviour when a text input box has that flashing vertical line marker is visible is that text will be input at that place.
