Parts of the screen corrupt after switching users

Bug Description
When having more users logged in under different sessions, when switching from one user to another some parts of the screen are corrupt. In the attached screenshot the left side of the screen shows this. Sometimes the top is corrupted as well.

the attachment "buggy_ screen_ after_user_ switch" is a screenshot, it just has the extension stripped (my fault).
