running xev triggers the panel(s) to appear in the ALT-tab switcher

Simply having an xev window on your screen triggers the panel to appear in the ALT-tab application switcher.

Confirmed, that's still an issue, quite a fun bug ;-) Setting "low" because it's easy to workaround and not an application lot of users will run, still a bug though
