Unity flickers and does not handly window-design correctly

3) Normal desktop handling.

4) Unity Launcher flickers extremly as the mouse hovers over it or any window-movement/creation is running. The top window-design (mostly the area for the tab-bar) is not showing up correctly, but half "overlayed" with a flickering black/white. Any action on the windows reflects in a wild flickering desktop that hurts the eyes.

Anyway, this all happens only since the last update, because before that all was fine.
