Unity 5.8 keeps flickering

Bug Description

I just upgrade to Unity 5.8 and the menu bar, dash, and launcher flash and flicker whenever the mouse moves over them.

Im also getting this.

I'm running dual head (Phillips display as main monitor, laptop screen as secondary.
