Bug Description
None of the shortcut keys like alt+tab, super+w, super+s, etc. do not work while there are menus opened.
* Use case
open nautilus.
open firefox.
switch to nautilus using the shortcut alt+tab
open the context sensitive menu and stay hovering above ´create new folder´ (don't close the menu).
switch back to firefox using the shortcut alt+tab
* expected behavior
The firefox window appears
* current behavior
Nothing happens. The nautilus window is still on top.
* Extra information
The same problem occurs with al other tested context sensitive menus opened or any other shortcut key combo.
Also opening a dropdown menu in the top of the screen blocks the alt+tab shotcut.
