Super (Tap) does not open Dash Home

Observed Behaviour:
Super (Tap) does not open Dash Home (regardless of current workspace or which applications are running.) The only way to open the Dash Home is to click the "big Ubuntu button" on the Launcher.

Expected behaviour:
Super (Tap) should open Dash Home in all circumstances.

Additional Info:
1. Super (Press) *does* display shortcuts.
2. Super (Hold) *does* reveal the Keyboard Shortcuts.

I'm on the same version of Unity and I don't have this issue. Weird. Can you check if running unity --reset helps?

Oh, and I remember having an issue earlier regarding the dash. When you press super, does it open for a few milliseconds before closing again? In other words, do you get a small flash, instead of the dash?
