unity-panel-service crashed with SIGSEGV in atk_object_get_n_accessible_children()

Dear Developers,

I try now first with Unity 2d in Ubuntu 12.04 with Orca.
I try navigating only with launcher and some launched applications.
Usual, when I press F10 key in an applications, application main menu is pop up, but short time the main menu the choosed application is hiding.
I experienced this issue under Terminal, Gedit.
