Bug Description

When I have multiple applications opened on several virtual Desktops and switch virtual Desktops either with the Super+S Keybinding or the Icon on the Launcher the screen flickers when it is redrawn after I selected another Desktop. From a User point of view this must have something to do with the drawing of the glowing orange border around the selected desktop.

reproduce:

1) set your desktop background to something dark (may be optional)
2) start multiple applications on different virtual desktops
3) either press Super+S or use the Switcher Icon at the Launcher and select different virtual desktops multiple times

the result should sometimes be a flickering when the windows are drawn again. The effect of this is stronger when the desktop background is black.
