I just installed Ubuntu 12.04 LTS Beta 1 on a freshly wipped disks and after the base installation, all keys worked.

After updating to the most actual packages, which ended 20 minutes ago and restarting the netbook, the superkey didn't work for starting the dash, the super combination keys are all working, like super+{1..9}, super+s, super+w ...
The alt key is working to for firing up HUD.

The other keycombinations missing happen only, after an upgrade-installation from Oneiric to Pangolin. The you don't have HUD or dash or the F10 key.
