Bug Description

Running Ubuntu Precise 64-bit, up to date as of 13:30 on 2/28/2012.

With panel transparency set, if a window moves behind the panel, the window is visible (blurred) "through" the panel.

What I expect to happen: When I move the window away, I will see the desktop through the panel; the window will not show through it.

What actually happens: When I move the window away, the portion of the window that was visible through the panel remains visible, even though the window is no longer under the panel. Screen shots attached.
