Problems with large menus

Bug Description

Some menus are too large for the GlobalMenu and they are not entirely visible if there are too many indicator applications.
See the screenshot: it's the menu of wxMaxima.

i confirm that. most annoying for small screen devices. i don't use unity anymore.
