Bug Description

I'm using TwinView mode with my Nvidia Quadro 1000M. My left screen is set as the primary, but the unity panel shows up on the left side of both screens.

This is not a duplicate of https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-control-center/+bug/742544 as in that bug, the panel only shows up on one screen.

This issue can be worked around by setting the panel to autohide. Then the panel on the right screen will never be triggered to appear.

So, when you set autohide, the launcher never un-hides on the right monitor no matter what you do?

Hi I have the same problem, but for me the launcher appears on both monitors, triggered by the mouse cursor position. I'm new to Ubuntu (just installed after some years of usin abandoning it) , if you let me know how to get all those nice and tidy txt files about the settings, i'll attach them.

I have the same problem. The biggest down side to this is that it causes the mouse to stick when I scroll past the edge of the one screen. This problem was not there until my most recent update of 12.04. I have the NVidia Nview and a GT8800 card.

I found a solution here http://askubuntu.com/questions/107583/remove-duplicate-second-unity-launcher-on-dual-screen. I turned off sticky edges and set the launcher to just one screen. It could be that the setting was changed.
