Multiple windows show the launcher!

The Chrome 3 launcher window shown, but only one window open!

Is it always reproducible? I use Chrome very frequently on the same Unity version but never had this issue.

Does not occur always! I try to reproduce!

Status changed to 'Confirmed' because the bug affects multiple users.
