Bug Description
I'm running precise unity; as of recently it's not responding to multitouch gestures such as using three fingers to drag windows. I did run `unity --reset` recently. Two-finger drag scroll is working. I'm using an apple magic trackpad.

UpgradeStatus: No upgrade log present (probably fresh install)
I can reproduce this here, on a Synaptics MT touchpad. It supported 3 finger tap to move windows up till now.
One probable reason for the change could be that 3 finger tap will now be reassigned to open the HUD (already mentioned in design spec)
