Bug Description
I unplugged my external monitor, walked around with my laptop for a while, and when plugging it back in, the Launcher is now on top of all maximised applications, no way to "fix" it apparently (short of a restart, I would guess).

I'm not seeing this problem in unity 5.2.0-0ubuntu3. I notice some changes went into -0ubuntu2 which could have indirectly fixed this, mind re-testing with current?
