Bug Description
Step To Reproduce
1. user press Window key to launch search bar of unity dashboard
2. user press Ctrl+Space to active ibus
3. user types Chinese characters...
Except Result:
1. user should be able to input Chinese chracters with ibus
Actault Result:
iBus can not be active when user press Ctrl+Space in search bar o unity dashboard

Input method support, especially support for Chinese, is critical for commercial engagements in 12.04.
