Ubuntu Button Icon does not scale well to larger sizes

Bug Description
While I was testing packages from the Unity Staging PPA, I noticed that the Ubuntu Dash icon does not scale well to sizes other than it's defualt 48px. I have attached a comparison image with 48px on the left, and 64px on the right. (Now that I think about it, this may acutally be a problem with the icon theme.)

This bug has lessened in Raring, but now the tiles' borders look a bit blurry.
