Bug Description

I'm using a mouse shortcut to activate the Scale Compiz plugin. In 11.04 this worked fine, but I've been having some trouble since the upgrade (took me a while to pin down exactly what was going on). Specifically, none of the Unity panels respond to the first mouse click after using the Scale shortcut.

To reproduce:
1) Set up a mouse shortcut for "Initiate Window Picker" or "Initiate Window Picker For Windows on Current Output" in ccsm under the Bindings tab of the Scale plugin
2) Activate the mouse shortcut
3) Try to click somewhere on the Unity panels; the first click will be ignored, but subsequent clicks respond as normal until the mouse shortcut is used again.

Note that this behavior doesn't seem to happen when using keyboard shortcuts for the same Scale actions.
