Bug Description

Using Ubuntu Oneiric and Unity 4.24.0-0ubuntu2b1, sometimes after a resume the icons for the same instance of a window will appear twice in the launcher.

* Both icons go away when closing the corresponding window
* Opening a new window brings up one icon only
* Both icons can activate the window

It is reproduceable, but as to how exactly, I don't know. It will present sometimes after resuming, sometimes not.

I have now personally upgraded to 12.04, and will see if the bug comes up again. "Incomplete" seems appropriate for now.

I have been seeing this happen in Raring over the last day or two now.
Might of course be a different issue...

Why I found it annoying is that Alt-Tab-ing into the application in question worked fine, but to Alt-Tab out again i needed two Tabs.

It happened to me with evince and gnome-terminal.
