Bug Description

If you are running multiple monitors and you have a different program maximized on both screens, make sure the program on the right screen is active, then mouse over where the close button (X) would be for the maximized program on the left and click. The program on the right will close. This is true in both directions (Program on the left is active and you click where the close button for the program on the right would be... it will close the program on the left).

Although this would seam to be more of an annoyance, This is actually severely problematic as many applications (especially some of the web based apps) will not prompt you before allowing you to close your window, causing you to loose whatever you are working on.

In conjunction with this, I have noticed that unless you "activate" a maximized program, you cannot then minimize that program as the Close & Minimize buttons will not "appear" for that non activated program. I only mention this as I would imagine the correct behavior of this bug would be for those controls to become visible on hover, regardless of if the program is active. This change would itself resolve this odd behavior.

If it makes a difference, I am currently running the latest stable version of Ubuntu 11.10, with Unity 4.22.0-0ubuntu3 Desktop, and 2 monitors side by side.
