Bug Description
Unity's search dialog replaces the run dialog in form, but not function. It can be used to start programs, but results may differ from those expected.
To duplicate this bug:
1. Hit Alt-F2 and type the name of an application you want to start. Wait several seconds until the correct result is found. Hit enter.
2. Hit Alt-F2 again, and type the name of a different application and hit enter immediately.
Result:
Without time for the search to complete, the desired application will not be selected, and the application selected in step 1 will launch instead.
