[dual screen] no global menu, no indicators on the secondary screen

Bug Description

After the last upgrade, there is not anymore global menu and indicator on the secondary screen of my dual screen.

To have a global menu, i have to move the window on my primary screen.

So, according to you, this bug is fixed, isn't it? Just a reboot was all that was needed? Now even if you connect another monitor when the system is running, do you face the issue again?

If no then we can safely close this bug.
