Activation of Launcher in "Dodge" mode doesn't work properly

Bug Description

Still can't focus the problem, but when windows are opened (maximized or resizable) I can't sometimes activate the launcher by moving the mouse to the left edge of the screen.
Only possibilty is hiding all windows or always pressing SUPER+F1 first. Problem has existed since Upgrade to 11.10.
