Default "Edge Reveal Timeout" set too low

Bug Description

This may be an opinion, but I think the "Edge Reveal Timeout" is set too low in the default installation of Ubuntu 11.10.

Now, set at 150ms, is too easy to reveal the Launcher by mistake when trying to access something in the left edge of the screen. I found that setting this option to something like 500ms helps a lot.

This is particularly important now that there is no easy, default installed, way of changing the launcher reveal mode from left edge to upper left corner.
