Bug Description
Compiz crashes when changing the monitor configuration with nvidia driver. To reproduce:
1. Have two monitors.
2. Enable the second monitor in twinview mode.
3. Move a window to the second monitor.
4. Disable the second monitor.
Compiz now crashes.
