Launcher - home folder icon - it doesnt allow to drag files into it, like expected from any other folder.

home folder icon does not get highlighted nor can you drag files into it so they move , like the behavior you would expect for every other folder.

The desired/expected behavior would be:

-user drags a file into the launcher (usually from the desktop)
-home folder (apart from compatible apps for the file), also gets highlighted
-if user moves/aims to the home folder icon it should accept the file and begin/trigger a move dialog.
-file is now inside the home folder quickly and easy, saving the user extra clicks.

This should be fairly similar to how the trashcan icon on the launcher works when you drag a file into it from the desktop.
