Launcher will not show on a desktop with a full screen app after todays updates

Bug Description

After today's 29 Sep 2011 updates, if I have any app full screen moving my mouse to the left will not cause the launcher to appear. If I go to a virt desktop that doesn't have an app on it or one that is windowed i.e. not full screen moving the mouse to the left causes the launcher to appear.
