Menu entry not rendered when absolute path for icon is specified

Bug Description
In certain desktop files, rather than having:
Icon=icon
The vendor will put:
Icon=/path/
In Unity under Oneiric, this prevents the application from being searchable via the dash.; the menu entry does not show up at all.

Could you please attach the desktop file causing the problem? I tried creating one with absolute path to an icon, but it showed up properly in the Dash.
