Menubar/panel offset down by one pixel

As of upgrade applied just now; not sure these days which specific package handles the launcher/menubar these days hence reporting here. The menubar seems to be offset down by one pixel, allowing a one-pixel-wide slice of the background image to show above it.

Otherwise it seems to be functioning normally. The tabs on a selected item in the menubar also rise up one pixel higher than the menubar itself, and so reach the top of the screen. Maybe it's not so much that it's offset down as that it's missing a border line?
