Bug Description

The new Dash Home button is labeled inconsistently in comparison to the other launcher icons. All other 2 word launcher names have both words capitalized , suach as "Google Chrome" or "Ubuntu One". Dash Home is labeled "Dash home" with "home" in all lower case. Not a huge bug, but definitely an interface inconsistency. Pic attached.

Just my non UX designer mind. Google Chrome is application name in all, Dash is the name 'home' is its location so this doesn't seem like a bug to me.

It would still seem like an inconsistency. If "home" is the location and
therefore not worthy of a capital "H", then "folder" in "Home Folder"
shouldn't be capitalized either, with "folder" being the location. But, I
would think that wanting to create a smooth and consistent looking UI you
would want everything to match. Why spend the time working on the fit and
finish of Unity and then leave one letter lower case?

The very last line on https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Unity/LauncherAPI says: "Capitalisation: In quicklists the first letter of each line should be capitalised e.g. "Keep in launcher". Names should also be capitalised, e.g. "Open Office".". And I can see that this line was indeed added by John Lea.

Applying the same rules from quicklists on tooltips seems a reasonable assumption, meaning that "Dash home" is correct capitalization.

That said one could argue that "Dash home" is an odd message for a tooltip. I read it with the same meaning as "run home in all haste" :-) So perhaps a different string there instead.

I understand that actual rules exist for this, the fact remains that having
1 letter out of all the default launchers not capitalized, in my opinion,
seems like an oversight, and more or less makes the new Dash button look
like an afterthought that was hastily tacked on and forgotten. Could someone
please point me to the location of the file that contains the settings for
the launcher tool tip text so I can change it on my machine? I really can't
stand seeing it. lol

So what needs to be done here? What should be the tooltip for dash home?
