Bug Description
My 11.04 Unity Launcher bar has an icon that appears to be three instances of MS Word running under wine or cxoffice. It is not however. It show the word icon with three carrots on the left side.
ps aux | grep wine
and
ps aux | grep cxoffice
shows no instances of wine or cxoffice applications
When I select the icon nothing appears to happen. .
If I use the quicklist to quit the bogus word instance, my system reacts as though I had done a
unity --refresh
If I remove the launcher (which I've done before) it either reappears later or the carrots move to a different icon. The corrupted icon then no longer launches the original program. The last instance of a corrupted launcher I removed was word. I re-added a word launcher to the bar which is functional, but the corrupted word launcher reappeared later.
