Since showing devices in Nautilus is removed, there is no way to format an usb stick

Pretty huge regression in Oneiric: we have 3 ways of unmouting an usb key, but nothing anymore obvious (as far as I know) to format one stick.
After talking to John, formatting an usb stick can be added in the device launcher quicklist directly (with a confirmation prompt).

Somes notes from #ubuntu-desktop, which makes me think it's not that urgent for oneiric finally as palimpset has what is needed and there is an issue as unmounted sticks are not shown in the launcher by default.

@didrocks I'm going to redesing devices support in Unity. But the designers have not talked about showing usb devices when not mounted. Nautilus sidebar works like that.
