Bug Description

Similar to Bug #806636
Open eog. Enable side pane from view. Open a folder which incl. bunch of images.
Slide through images, window title doesn't change.
Switch the workspace, return to eog. The last image is now displayed also as window title.
Slide through images, window title still doesn't change.

Since this works fine in Natty it's a regression.

Looks like this is becoming a common problem - might need merging into one issue and escalating. Seen reports of this in Gedit (as mentioned above by Sebastien - and also Chromium by Jason Warner (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/chromium-browser/+bug/809101)

Trying with metacity shows that the title bar gets updated fine. I'm going to condense these issues into one and raise the Importance to High.
