Bug Description
When selecting Empty trash from Unity bar, the actions window appears. But the focus is on the background window, not on the newly opened window. In this state, user is not able to empty trash only using a keyboard, as Left/Right keys are not selecting that newly opened window's "Cancel" or "Empty trash" buttons.

my impression is that the first action to empty trash by right clicking on the launcher trash symbol fails, it always needs a second right click for the empty trash action to highlight.
This is a regression i see the last few weeks.
