Global menu displays options of wrong application window when there are two instances (windows) maximized of the same application, focus another application and focus back.

This is not a medium bug: when you work on your computer you quickly run into this situation (it happens to me at least once a day).
Usually, you don't even notice and you click on the close button, closing the wrong window. You start thinking you missed the close button because the front window didn't close, so you click again, and you loose a second background windows.
WTF moment includes:
- closed firefox with 10 tabs that takes forewer to load back, and make you loose any entered form or buffered video.
- mail client closed without noticing so you don't get email notification for half a day
- closed nautilus with several tabs and split windows that you set up this way to work faster and that you have to set up again.
- several tabbed shell closed on a remote connection, forcing you to enter your password and go to the directory where you where again for each of them.
This is, IMO, a big usability issue.
