On the whole adobe AIR apps work well with the Launcher ;-) However there is a issue with the first time a AdobeAIR app is run after installation.

To reproduce issue:
1. download any adobe air app e.g. flowella http://www.forum.nokia.com/Library/Tools_and_downloads/Other/Flowella/
2. Install the app, and leave the 'Start application after installation' option ticked
3. The App will now run, but the Launcher icon will be a gray question mark on a gray background.
4. Select the 'keep in Launcher' option in the quicklist
5. Close the application
6. Click on the gray question mark Launcher icon again to launch the app
7. The app fails to load
8. Find the AIR app using the Dash.
9. Click on the AIR app to load it
10. Notice how the AIR app icon is now in the launcher with the correct icon, while the grey question mark with a gray background is also in the launcher!

Desired resolutions:

1. The first time a AdobeAir app runs after installation, the correct icon should appear in the Launcher (not the grey question mark)

2. If the user selects the 'Keep in Launcher' option directly after installation and then closes the AIR app, clicking on the Launcher icon should launch the AIR app.
