When I drag gnome-screenshot in the launcher, the button don't appears.

Can't reproduce here. Could you tell me which Icon theme you have there? Perhaps it is related to icon-naming / something like that..?

I have had exactly this behavior with Text editor, so it's something more generic. Restarting unity has fixed it, and I have not found a way to reproduce it.
