Bug Description

Binary package hint: unity

I wasn't sure which package to file this under. I assumed it was unity.

reproduce:
1. open rhythmbox
2. open firefox
3. minimize rhythmbox to panel by clicking the close button
4. load a new page in firefox
5. without clicking on anything in firefox after loading the new page, restore rhythmbox

result: firefox remains in the global menu despite rhythmbox being restored

I am getting a similar issue, often I find myself closing Firefox when another application is visible but Firefox behind that window still has its controls active in the global menu.

Typically when I maximize XChat from the indicator area...

thanks for the bug report. This is a known issue, bug 646733 which might look a little different from description but the root cause for this and 646733 is the same so I am marking as duplicate
