Bug Description

Binary package hint: unity

release: Ubuntu 11.04
package: unity 3.8.10-0ubuntu2

When you maximize a wine application using the maximize window button, the window decorations merge (correctly) with the panel. But when you then click on the toolbar/menu etc., it executes the action of the toolbar/menu item above the current cursor position. If you click in the menu of the wine application, the window "jumps" out of the panel and is displayed with window decorations. There seems to be an offset between the displayed position of the toolbar items and the sensitive/clickable area. This offset corresponds to the height of the original window decoration.

This does only very rarely happen when you maximize a Wine window by dragging it on the top of the screen (compiz grid).

I'm having the exact same issues with Dreamweaver and with Quicken 2009 in Wine. I was extremely frustrated last night trying to use them. Based on the information above, the programs do seem to work if in a window and not full screen, but I haven't had time to really research this yet.
